Returns & Exchanges

 Custom made items are not refundable.
All other products are able to be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. This applies for full-priced items.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@panetsouvicky.com telling us your web order reference and what item(s) you would like to return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns will be at your own charge. Please initiate the return with your local postal courier. If you are shipping an item over 50€,  £50, 50$, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. Any items lost during delivery will not be refunded. Please be advised any refunds shall be made for the price of the items, not inclusive of added shipping cost.
Custom made items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns and refunds on custom made items because each item is made just for you based on your measurements. If there is an issue with the quality of your item(s), please let us know at info@vickypanetsou.com.
Exceptions / non-returnable items 
We regret that we are not able to exchange or offer you a refund if you decide you no longer want items which by their nature cannot be returned once they have been dispatched, including:
  • Custom made items
  • Swimwear
  • Gift Cards
Exchanges

Should you wish to receive a different size or style, please place a new order on our website and return the existing order for a refund. We cover shipping for the exchange back to you.

Faulty or Damaged items 

If you think your order is damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@vickypanetsou.com with your order number and photographs showing the issue.

Gift Cards

Once purchased, the Vicky Panetsou gift card can be redeemed in Vicky Panetsou online store.
Gift cards and are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and must be used in one time.
Gift cards presented after their expiry date will be treated as void and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
