Returns
If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included. Proof of purchase is required.
To request a return, please contact us at info@vickypanetsou.com quoting your order reference and the item(s) you wish to return. Once approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
Made-to-measure and custom items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to their bespoke nature.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds are issued for the value of the returned item or items only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund where items do not comply with the stated return conditions.
Made-to-Measure and Custom Items
Due to the bespoke nature of made-to-measure and custom pieces, these items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Should there be any concern regarding workmanship or quality, please contact us promptly and we will review the matter carefully.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
