Returns policy

Ready-to-wear items

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have up to 14 days to return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request to return. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

Please contact us at info@vickypanetsou.com telling us your web order reference and what item(s) you would like to return.

Once we receive your returned item(s) we will be more than happy to offer you a refund or exchange provided the product(s) are returned in its original condition, unused, unwashed with all the original tags and hygiene stickers still attached and be in the original packaging.

Returns will be at your own charge. Please initiate the return with your local postal courier. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. Any items lost during delivery will not be refunded or exchanged.

Custom size items

For custom size items, if there are any fit issues, we offer up to a £50 alterations credit (valid with receipt only), to be refunded via your original payment method.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns and refunds on custom size orders because each item is made just for you based on your measurements. If there is an issue with the quality of your item, please let us know at info@vickypanetsou.com and we will contact you with next steps.

Exchanges

We offer one exchange per order.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@vickypanetsou.com telling us your web order reference and what item(s) you would like to exchange and in exchange of what. We will get back to you by email and advise on the next steps.

Gift Cards

Once purchased, the Vicky Panetsou gift cards can be redeemed in Vicky Panetsou online store.

Gift cards and are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash.

Gift cards can be purchased at a discounted price during sales but they cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and must be used in one time.

Gift cards presented after their expiry date will be treated as void and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items and custom size items.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
